1. Jewelry Care

1.1 How should I care for my jewelry?

Store your jewelry pieces in individual pouches or boxes, or keep them separated in compartments. It's also a good way to use sealable plastic bags to store and protect your jewelry. When storing jewelry in a drawer or jewelry box, make sure to line the compartments with some form of soft material, such as felt or velvet, to avoid scratches.

Avoid contact with liquids, chemicals, and other corrosive materials. Make sure to remove jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or applying cosmetics. This will help prevent tarnishing and keep your jewelry looking shiny and new for years to come.

1.2 What is your warranty policy?

At MollyJewelryUS, we offer a one-year warranty on every piece of jewelry we sell:

* If the center stone falls off, please save it carefully and take it to your local jeweler for repair, we will cover the cost after you provide us with the invoice or receipt (no more than $100).

* If the center stone falls off and is missing, you will be required to pay 35% of your order amount to get a new center stone from us, we do not provide the center stone for free. Then, please take the new stone to your local jeweler for repair, we will cover the cost after you provide us with the invoice or receipt (no more than $100).

* If the side stones fall off, we will send the free side stone(s) to you for first-time damage or missing. Please set up the new stone(s) at your local jeweler, we will pay the cost after you provide us with the invoice or receipt (no more than $100).

* If the prongs of your ring were loosened, please tighten them with your local jeweler, we will pay the cost after you provide us with the invoice or receipt (responsible for one time only & no more than $50).

The above scenarios relate to general situations only, and in certain special cases, we will take the situation as it arises.

2. About Payment

2.1 What are your payment methods?
  • We accept international and domestic credit cards and debit cards listed above as long as the card passes through our fraud screening system.
  • We accept PayPal payment
  • We accept Klarna payment (only available for customers in the United States for now & order value must be not over $1500).

NOTE: our system will automatically display the appropriate card type for your country on the checkout page.

2.2 Do you Accept payment plans?

Yes, we accept payment plans.

If you would like to start a payment plan with us, please get in touch at [service@mollyjewelryus.com], providing the following information:

1) The ring you would like to purchase - please send us a screenshot or the link to it.

2) Metal material - available for 10k/14k/18k gold, platinum or palladium.

3) Metal color - available for rose, yellow, and white gold (platinum and palladium are silver by default).

4) Side stone option - available for moissanite or diamonds.

5) The ring size you need.

6) Please let us know how many times you plan to divide your payment plan, how often, and what is the amount of each payment.

We will review your information and let you know if it's feasible afterward 🙂

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 How long will it take for me to get my order?

From an environmental aspect, all our pieces are made to order to avoid waste of raw materials, which also enables you to receive your piece(s) in its best condition.

Our processing time

* 10K/14K/18K gold rings general production time: 14 working days.

* 925 sterling silver/Platinum/Palladium rings general production time: 18 working days.

* If you purchase the rush order service, the minimum production time is 10 days for gold rings and 14 days for silver rings.

* The general shipping time within the US is 3-5 business days, and 5-7 business days for packages out of the US.

3.2 What are your shipping fees?

General shipping: Free within the US, $40 for other regions.

General shipping time: 3-5 business days within the US, 7-10 business days for other regions.

Expedited shipping: $50 within the US.

Expedited shipping time: 2-3 business days within the US.

Note: we do not offer expedited shipping to regions other than the United States because of possible delays in customs clearance.

3.3 Will I pay for any customs duties and taxes?

For orders within the US, Canada, and Australia, we will cover the taxes for the package.

Other than those, please understand that packages from our warehouses are shipped without paying customs duties. Therefore, any customs or import duties will be charged once the package arrives in the destination country.

These charges, if any, must be paid by the customer. If customers refuse to accept a package due to import duties or taxes, they will be fully responsible for all return shipping, customs fees, and handling charges.

4. Returns & Exchanges

4.1 What is your return & exchange policy?

All exchanges and returns should be made within 30 days of the delivery date for all orders within the US and 50 days of the delivery date for overseas orders.
