1. Jewelry Care
* Avoid contact with liquids, chemicals, and other corrosive materials. Make sure to remove jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or applying cosmetics. This will help prevent tarnishing and keep your jewelry looking shiny and new for years to come.
* Store your jewelry pieces in individual pouches or boxes, or keep them separated in compartments. It's also a good way to use sealable plastic bags to store and protect your jewelry. When storing jewelry in a drawer or jewelry box, make sure to line the compartments with some form of soft material, such as felt or velvet, to avoid scratches.

To give you peace of mind, we offer a one-year warranty on all eligible products. This warranty covers certain repairs and replacements under specific conditions outlined at our Warranty Policy.
2. Payment Related
* We accept international and domestic credit cards and debit cards as long as the card passes through our fraud screening system.
* We accept PayPal payment
* We accept Klarna payment (only available for customers in the United States for now & order value must be under $1500).
NOTE: our system will automatically display the appropriate card type for your country on the checkout page.
Yes, we accept payment plans.
If you would like to start a payment plan with us, please get in touch at [service@mollyjewelryus.com], providing the following information:
1) The ring you would like to purchase - please send us a screenshot or the link to it.
2) Metal material - available for 10k/14k/18k gold, platinum or palladium.
3) Metal color - available for rose, yellow, and white gold/silver (platinum and palladium are silver by default).
4) Side stone option - if there are any..
5) The ring size you need.
6) Please let us know how many times you plan to divide your payment plan, how often, and what is the amount of each payment.
We will review your information and let you know if it's feasible afterward 🙂
The card you used flagged by the risk control system as suspected fraud/retained card.
While we understand that sometimes this is not the case, we cannot do anything about it.
In this case, we recommend you try to pay with a different card or use PayPal to complete the payment.

If you would like to proceed with the order, please call the 800 number on the back of the card, ask your card issuer for help, and then pay again, or try another card.
For orders over $600, it may require 3D authentication. If you can't get the verification page to pop up, it may be because your card doesn't have this feature enabled, please contact your card company to ask for help.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Please refer to the following for our timeframe:
* General Production Time: 28 working days.
* Rush Order Service: 18 working days for 10K/14K/18K Solid Gold pieces; 22 working days for 925 Sterling Silver (gold plated), Platinum, or Palladium pieces.
* Shipping: Domestic U.S. shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. International shipping usually takes 5-7 business days.
* Note: Weekends are not counted as working days.

While "overnight" services typically promise next-day delivery, this is often impractical for long-distance shipping. Factors such as high demand periods, unexpected events like weather disruptions, or logistical delays can prevent packages from arriving on time.
Moreover, the rapid handling required for expedited shipping increases the risk of package damage or loss. Slower shipping methods allow carriers more time to carefully manage and handle packages, ensuring they arrive safely.
With these considerations in mind, and based on past experiences, we have decided to discontinue offering overnight shipping. We understand your desire to receive the ring as quickly as possible, but we believe that doing so will enhance the reliability and safety of your order.
4. Returns & Exchanges
All exchanges and returns should be made within 30 days of the delivery date for all orders within the US and 50 days of the delivery date for overseas orders.
