1. Our Jewelry

1.1 How should I care for my jewelry?

Store your jewelry separately and avoid exposing it to liquids and cosmetics. Extreme temperatures and humidity can cause gold-plated jewelry to lose its luster; keep your jewelry in a dark, cool and dry place to avoid this.

 

Our best advice: wear your jewelry often (this helps reduce oxidation) and keep them in a flannel bag when not in use.

1.2 One Year Quality Guarantee

At MollyJewelryUS, we believe that our pieces are made to the highest quality. In fact, we are so confident that we offer a one year warranty on every piece of jewelry you purchase (with a valid proof of purchase).

2. Payment & Shipping

2.1 What are your payment methods?

We accept international credit cards and PayPal for payment. Available credit cards are VISA, American Express, and MasterCard as long as the card passes our fraud screening system.

NOTE: our system will automatically display the appropriate card type for your country on the checkout page.

2.2 How long will it take for me to get my order?

From an environmental aspect, all our pieces are made to order to avoid waste of raw materials, which also enables you to receive your pieces in their best condition.

Since our pieces are handmade with advanced craftsmanship, please allow us 14 working days for production and we will send them out as soon as they are finished.

2.3 What are your shipping fees?

General shipping: Free within the US, $40 for other regions.

General shipping time: 3-5 business days within the US, 7-10 business days for other regions.

Expedited shipping: $70 within the US, $100 for other regions.

Expedited shipping time: 3 business days within the US, 3-5 business days for other regions.

2.4 Will I pay for any customs duties and taxes?

Please understand that shipments from all of our warehouses are shipped without paying customs duties. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties will be charged once the package arrives in the destination country. 

These charges, if any, must be paid by the customer. If customers refuse to accept a package due to import duties or taxes, they will be fully responsible for all return shipping, customs fees, and handling charges.

2.5 I need to update my shipping address!

Since our pieces are all made to order and are handmade with advanced craftsmanship, please allow us 14 working days for production and we will send them out as soon as they are finished.

If you need to change your address, please contact us at [service@mollyjewelryus.com] within 12 days of purchase.

Please understand that although we will send the pieces out only after the completion of the production, due to a large number of customers, we need to organize the order of delivery in advance

 

3. Returns & Exchanges

3.1 What is your return & exchange policy?

All exchanges and returns should be made within 30 days of the delivery date for all orders within the US and 50 days of the delivery date for overseas orders.
