Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your item(s) was delivered, we will not process refund or exchange requests.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several cases are not refundable:
- Item(s) customized to customer’s requirements.
- Item(s) with engraving or made into customized sizes.
- Item(s) damaged caused by improper use.
- Item(s) lost due to inaccurate delivery address.

Notice: All of our items are made to order, which means we only produce after you place your order. If the item(s) have no quality problems, we will charge a 35% restocking fee for the returns & refunds.

Customized items, such as ring sizes over 9 US or under 3 US, customized quarter sizes, adjustments to the stone types or sizes, changes to the band style, and any customer-requested engraving, are non-refundable.
Items sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.
- We are not jointly and severally liable for packages returned to us due to incorrect/incomplete addresses. If customers request refunds in such cases, a 35% restocking fee will be required.
Such returns are governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of the U.S.
All decisions made by MollyJewelryUS are final.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirming receipt and informing you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If your request is approved, a refund will be applied to your original payment method in 3-7 business days.
Returns & Exchanges
Notice: Our items are made to order according to the customer’s choice of ring size, metal material, metal color, etc. If customers want to exchange or return the product for non-quality issues, we require a restocking fee of 35% of the purchase price.
Please refer to the following rules:
- We do not offer free resizing services. The 35% restocking fee also applies to size exchanges.
- After the restocking fee is deducted, if your store credit left is insufficient to cover the new item, we will require the difference.
An item can only be exchanged once.
Order Changes During Production
We want your order to be exactly as you envision it! After placing your order, please review the confirmation email carefully, including order details, shipping information, and the expected timeframe. If you notice any issues, contact us immediately so we can assist.
If you need to change your item 48 hours after placing your order, there will be a 15% fee based on the order amount to cover materials and labor, along with the additional price difference if any.
Order Cancellation
Generally, we start production and prepare the necessary materials within 12 hours of receiving an order, except on Sundays or public holidays. Therefore, cancellations made more than 24 hours after purchase will incur a fee to cover the cost of materials and labor.
The cancellation fee will be calculated based on your initial contact. Please refer to the following specific rates:

Return Information
To return your item(s), please get in touch with us at [service@mollyjewelryus.com] for the return address.
NOTICE: A trackable shipping service is required when returning the item(s); we do not issue refunds or exchanges without a tracking number.
Return Shipping Fee
If the consumer initiates returns for non-quality issues, they will be responsible for covering the shipping cost. The exact fee will depend on the courier service chosen.
However, if the return is due to an issue, such as receiving damaged or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days of the approval, please contact your card company/bank first. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
