At MollyJewelryUS, we want you to shop with confidence, knowing that we stand behind the craftsmanship and durability of our items.

To give you peace of mind, we offer a one-year warranty on all eligible products. This warranty covers certain repairs and replacements under specific conditions outlined below.

We offer a one-year free warranty, which applies as long as your item(s) are within one year from the delivery date shown for your package.

Coverage
1. Stone Detachment:
  •  If the center stone falls off, please save it carefully and take it to your local jeweler for repair, we will cover the cost after you provide us with the invoice or receipt (no more than $100).
  •  In the event that the center stone falls out and is lost, you will be required to pay 30% of your order amount for a new center stone. Please send the ring back to us for inspection and repair.
  • If the accent stones (stones smaller than 0.4ct) fall off, we will send the free stone(s) to you for first-time damage or missing. Please set up the new stone(s) at your local jeweler, we will cover the cost after you provide us with the invoice or receipt (no more than $100 & responsible for one time only).
2. Loose Prongs:

If the prongs of your piece were loosened, please tighten them with your local jeweler, we will pay the cost after you provide us with the invoice or receipt (responsible for one time only & no more than $50).

3. Sterling Silver/Gold Plated Jewelry Tarnishing:

Gold-plated jewelry may experience tarnishing over time, please treat it with care. If the gold plating peels off on your piece(s) within six months, we offer a free re-plating service. If you prefer a one-and-done approach, we would be happy to offer an upgrade to solid gold by only paying the price difference.

4. Special Cases:

The above scenarios relate to general situations only. In certain special cases, we will take the situation as it arises.

5. Disclaimer:

Damages caused by human/external factors are outside our warranty coverage for manufacturing defects.
