How's the gold plating on your alexandrite ring holding up so far?
After about five months, the gold plating on the underside started to fade a little. I reached out to them for an upgrade, and I really appreciated that they offered that option that most jewelers don't. They only charged the material difference, no overpricing. I originally went with gold plated because of the budget, but if you can, I'd suggest choosing one of the more expensive options, it might save you the hassle later. — Heather Granton
